At MobiTV, Andy was responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of the company, including the structuring and negotiation of content license agreements with broadcast and cable television networks, major record labels, and other prominent media companies. In addition, Andy handled the negotiation of distribution agreements with wireless carriers, the management of the company’s intellectual property portfolio, and was also responsible for advising the Board and senior management on a wide range of corporate matters. |
